Thank you for shopping with Sportedix. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.
Shipping Destinations:s We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Rates
- United States: $9.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $65.
- United Kingdom: £5.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over £65.
- Selected products ship free regardless of order value. This is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery Time: Once your order ships, most orders to the United States and the United Kingdom arrive within 4-8 business days. Some orders may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high demand, and in rare cases up to 20 business days.
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after the shipping date, please contact us at info@sportedix.s, hop and we will investigate and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.
United Kingdom Customs, Taxes and Other Applicable Fees: For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, duties, and import fees may apply. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout and shown before you place your order.
If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid. In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be due when your order arrives. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
United States Customs and Taxes:s Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Address Accuracy:cy Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at info@sportedix.shop if you need to correct it. We cannot change the address once the order is in transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages:ges If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Changes & Cancellation:s Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes and cancellations before your order ships, but once it's in transit, we're unable to modify it. Approved refunds for cancelled orders are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
